Fleisher’s Butchery
Kingston, NY. August 2011.
Created a custom “meat map” of Brooklyn to commemorate the opening of their “Pork Slope” butcher shop. Fleisher’s is one of the best butcher shops in the country, and the owners have the rare quality of being completely nice and badass at the same time.
